In this video, I'm going to talk to you about the benefits of stability. When choosing exercises for muscle growth, you want to take into account two factors: balance and stability.
You want to make sure that these two factors are as beneficial as possible in order to make as many effective repetitions as possible for the target muscle group. This way, you can make exercises more stable for more muscle growth:
- Create a solid support surface. As a result, balance does not become the limiting factor.
- Add external stability; such as a bench with seated cable fly. This ensures that you don't have to worry about resisting your body's changes.
