Taidgh van der Kraan
Taidgh wasn't a sporty kid. He only discovered basketball at fifteen. Among his athletic teammates he quickly noticed he couldn't rely on talent. So he dived into the gym to train the difference. Because progress didn't come easily, he became fascinated by the principles behind training. He wanted to understand why something works. That curiosity led to a degree in Human Kinetic Technology, with a focus on physiology and biomechanics, and then to the trainer's profession. He now has fifteen years of experience as a personal trainer. Through Belle, a former colleague, he found his way to Milo, where as a mentor he shares his practical experience with the next generation of trainers. He competed for years himself, in basketball and powerlifting. His focus now is a strong, athletic body built to last: a combination of strength, conditioning and explosiveness. And when he's not in the gym, he's busy with everything related to training, sport and human performance. It's not just his job, it's his greatest passion.
