Wouter's dedication, ingenuity, knowledge, insights and love for his profession make him a great coach and personal trainer. He likes to delve into the physical body and everything it can do. He founded Milo in 2017. It all started with terrible back pain due to his judo career and, years later, an advice PDF that he had to send around at the request of his colleagues at the Vondelgym. (And for that, back pain and gym colleagues, thanks.)
After several important positions as S&C trainer, teacher and coach since he was 16, Wouter's passion for the training profession proved contagious. And that's how Milo Performance & Education was born. Today, Wouter and his team supervise more than 300 trainers per year. He also coaches world-class martial arts athletes and is always looking for new ways to keep learning (he's currently studying psychology). When he's not busy with Milo van Croton's work ethic, Wouter loves having breakfast with his daughter, ending each day with some outdoor activities, and continuing his lifelong quest for the best veggie burrito.
