Four principles, unchanged for eight years

01

Mentors on the floor

All our mentors coach their own clients daily. You learn from experts who know what goes wrong in practice, not from theory in a textbook.

02

In and beyond the gym

Training is behaviour change. That is why we built two courses, personal trainer and nutrition coach, that reinforce each other. Impact in the gym and beyond.

03

Earned, not given

The course is intensive and sometimes hard. That is exactly why the diploma is proof, not a purchase. You earned it, not picked it up in a weekend.

04

The why comes first

Technique you can explain, choices you can justify. Why this exercise, this programme, this nutrition approach? No tricks, just understanding.

Proud! After 6 months of hard work, I have completed the Milo Nutrition Coach training. Thanks to the instructors for the great lessons and positive energy. Ready to put this knowledge into practice!

Personal Trainer

Really happy with Milo! A strong foundation for becoming a good personal trainer. Plenty of theory, in-depth, and wonderful practical days that bring the theory to life. I've developed enormously as a trainer through this course. Still plenty to learn, but thanks to the growth mindset Milo taught me, I'll definitely keep growing!

Nutrition Coach

I learned an enormous amount about nutrition, behaviour and lifestyle, but above all about looking at the person behind the eating behaviour and how to bring about improvement there. Practical, well-grounded and immediately applicable. Jordi and Thijs have so much knowledge and convey it in a pleasant, down-to-earth way. The practical days were a highlight every time: hard work, plenty learned, and just as much laughter.

Nutrition Coach

I started this course completely from scratch and faced a number of exciting challenges. I learned a great deal from the teachers, but also from my fellow students. The way of teaching and the translation of theory into practice made it a fantastic experience for me, and a pleasant way to learn.

My first course that I actually finished. I learned so much about the body, the mind, training principles, and about myself.

Doubts? Good.

Can't find your question? We're happy to help.

Can I combine it with work?
Yes. The course is hybrid: online modules at your own pace, practical days once every 3 to 4 weeks on a fixed day. Most students work fulltime alongside it.

That's a lot of money
Correct. A Milo course is a serious investment, and that's how it should be. Our alumni earn their course back within 3 months on average. Instalments are possible and we'll think with you about what works.
I have no experience or diploma in fitness
No problem. Many of our students come from a completely different field. We start from the basics and build step by step. We do ask you to be able to perform basic exercises in strength training like the squat, deadlift and bench press. This doesn't need to be on a high level.

Am I too old or too young?
Our students range from 18 to 55+. It's not about age or fitness level, but your drive to become a great trainer. You do not need to be a top athlete.

Te oud om personal trainer te worden? Juist niet

I already have a PT diploma
Good. Many of our students do too. The difference is in the depth: anatomy, programming, coaching skills. We don't train paper-holders, we train trainers who deliver.
I want to talk first
Exactly why Belle is here. Book a no-strings call. No sales, just honest advice on whether Milo fits you.
When can I start?
You can start with the online modules right away. Practical sessions start at fixed moments throughout the year. Check the start dates to find the best fit.
Is the theory too demanding?
The theory is solid, as it should be for a serious course. But it is manageable: you work through clearly structured modules at your own pace, and your mentors keep a close eye on you. With 8-12 hours a week you will get through it well. If you get stuck, reach out and we will help you.
