Can I follow a Performance Program if I have an injury?

If you have an injury, depending on the severity, you should rest and seek professional help. We cannot and must not provide medical advice. Then simply follow the prescribed programming for that specific part of the program.

Do I have to train differently when I have a match than when I have no match in prospect?

This is very personal, but generally not. If a program is well structured, like ours, you'll get stronger every week. What you do want to keep an eye on is the influence of strength and conditioning training on your sport. Just before the match, you want to give your body a rest so that you are sharp on the day of the race. For most people, a week with less training and more rest is sufficient. Contact us for personal advice.

How much experience do I need to follow Performance programs?

You don't need to have any experience when you start with our basic programs. We'll go through the basics with you and you'll start slowly. Over a period of 12 weeks, you build up the amount and intensity.
