The hip hinge, torso stiffness in different planes of motion, the squat pattern, horizontal and vertical pushing and pulling.

In these 3 weeks, we take a small trip to training the cardiovascular system. You'll experience what it's like to train this system at different intensities. We're going to use free weights and cardio machines to let you feel the differences and similarities.

In this 9-week module, we offer you a linear progression with the aim of maximizing muscle growth. We have chosen exercises for each muscle group that have proven to work well for muscle growth. These are both isolated exercises and compound movements.

You will perform these 3 movements several times a week in varying intensity, significantly increasing your ability to perform these lifts.
